Delivery & Payment
The customer is advised to inspect the goods upon delivery. No claims for shortage or damage goods will be considered unless written notice is given to Sheldon Systems Pte Ltd within three (3) days of the customer’s receipt of goods.
The Company's delivery service excludes the dismantling of any fixtures, shifting of furniture or fragile objects or plants, cleaning of existing debris or dirt, disposal of existing furniture, fixtures or furnishings, garbage removal, or electrical and mechanical works. The cost incurred by the Seller in clearing such unwanted furniture, especially when it obstructs the moving in of the Good(s) into the Buyer’s premises, shall be borne by the Buyer.
- a) Delivery Schedule
Free Assembly and Installation for our items are provided unless otherwise stated.
At the conclusion of your purchase in store, our sales associate will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time that fits your schedule. Please remember to acknowledge and accept the delivery schedule. We try our best to deliver within 7 to 10 working days for ready stocks.
Please check with us directly on the estimated delivery lead time for indent order, back order or custom-made items.
Any delivery date and time is approximate only and delays shall not be a reason for cancellation of any Order. Sheldon Systems shall not be liable for any delay or consequence of any delay in the obtaining manufacturing supply or delivery of any goods.
- b) Delivery Rates
Enjoy free delivery charges on all orders above $200 to any (one) location and pay only $15.00 for orders under $200 per address per trip. This rate is only applicable for local orders in Singapore mainland and during our official working hours. Additional delivery surcharges apply for urgent or after office hours deliveries. Alternatively, you may arrange for self-collection at our showroom during office hours.
However, should the delivery timing be agreed on by both parties, but delivery team was unable to deliver due to the following:
- Nobody is at home to receive the furniture
- Customer failed to apply for necessary entry permit
- Circumstances which arise due to customers’ mistakes
In these cases, delivery will be rescheduled for another day and there would a surcharge of $20.
- c) Delivery Surcharge
- i) Stairway delivery
Please note that there is an additional charge of $10 per item per non-lift accessible floor (including cases if the furniture is unable to fit into the elevator, working elevator is unavailable upon delivery crew's arrival, refusal of elevator access by building management) This fee will also be applicable to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonette. Delivery will only proceed if the delivery team deems it suitable to go ahead in a non-hazardous manner. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the delivery due to hazardous situation (for e.g., items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway).
You may arrange for carry-up service during delivery scheduling and confirm on the additional delivery charges.

A delivery surcharge of S$30 will be imposed in addition to the existing delivery fee upon every delivery made to the locations listed below
